2. Editorial Integrity and Human Control Standards

To preserve broadcast quality and platform integrity, OZYALVAC operates strictly under direct human editorial oversight:

• Manual Editorial Review: Every article, video clip, photo asset, caption, or tag dispatched through OZYALVAC must be explicitly selected, reviewed, and initiated by authorized newsroom personnel or editors.
• Zero Unsolicited Activity: The Application serves strictly as a manual publishing channel and does not engage in uninitiated publishing, content scraping, artificial engagement generation, or bulk data submissions.

3. Compliance with TikTok Terms and API Standards

Publishers using OZYALVAC to distribute content to TikTok must maintain strict compliance with external platform rules:

• Users must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Developer Policies at all times.
• Publishing illegal, harmful, defamatory, deceptive, or copyright-infringing news content is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership

We respect the journalistic and intellectual property rights of news organizations and content creators:

• Limited Service License: By utilizing OZYALVAC, you grant us only the limited, technical permission required to format, transmit, and deliver your media assets to TikTok’s external endpoints on your behalf. We claim no ownership or commercial license over your media.

5. Account Authentication, Security, and OAuth Usage

Access to TikTok publishing endpoints is secured using official authentication standards:

8. Suspension and Access Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any workspace connection or revoke application access immediately, without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms, breaches TikTok’s Developer Policies, or engages in unauthorized API utilization.
