# Terms of Service for PubliPress

Welcome to PubliPress. By using our internal media management application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

## 1. Use of Service
PubliPress is an internal workflow tool developed for Özyalvaç Media Group editors and authorized content creators (including @silicondreams_asmr) to manage and publish original video content to TikTok. This tool is for internal use only and is strictly operated manually by authorized personnel.

## 2. Compliance with TikTok Terms
Users of PubliPress must strictly adhere to TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Developer Terms of Service. Any action that violates TikTok’s policies, including but not limited to spamming, bulk uploading, or publishing prohibited content, is strictly forbidden.

## 3. Account Security
Access to PubliPress is restricted. Authorized users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login sessions and official TikTok account access.

## 4. Limitation of Liability
PubliPress is provided “as is” without any warranties. Özyalvaç Media Group is not liable for any service disruptions or policy violations incurred on external platforms.
